Miki Baleh is an Entrepreneur and Business owner who shares an incredible passion for bridging the gaps between the people of the Habesha community. A proud founder & CEO of Habesha Spot LLC, he is a natural problem-solver who strives to help the Habesha community people minimize complexities and build better lives. Miki has owned & operated multiple businesses and knows every adversity & hardship a Habesha community business owner faces along the way. This inspired him to aspire for a change and build a platform where business owners can market their products & services to their niche audience.
Miki Baleh is a socially-aware entrepreneur who strives to help business owners grow by giving back to the community. In this way, he aims to develop a culture of continuous improvement where unity & connectivity shine the brightest. Miki believes change & prosperity can be driven by building a better connection between businesses & people. This is what Habesha Spot is all about as it aims to bring the Habesha Community from all across the globe under a single cloud of connectivity.

Tewodros Ayele
Co-Founder/President
Tewodros M. Ayele is co-founder and President of Habesha Spot, LLC, bringing more than fifteen years of executive management, counseling experience with leading aviation vendors.Previously, Teddy was Director of Aviation Screening Enterprises hosted business unit. Teddy was also Director of Safety, Training,and Quality Control for Aviation Port Services,
LLC and GM, Customer Relations for IAS Air. He has more than fifteen years’ experience,proven skills, and the competence required to provide positive leadership.
Teddy possess analytical skills identifying sources and overcoming obstacles to help increase productivity. He managed projects successfully achieved goals,deliver on time, and met deadlines. The founder of Habesha spot,Miki and Teddy bonded over their passion for helping East African Diaspora community and grew to have similar visions for their company.
As a community leader, Teddy played a prominent leadership role in guiding, directing, and organizing people to help make the community a better place for all residents. He is an innovative thinker, strategic planner and an excellent coach.Teddy holds a BS in Aviation Technology and Total Quality Management from Spartan College of Aeronautics and Masters in Aeronautical Sciences from Oklahoma State University.
